HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS

2 cups cooked chickpeas

1/3 cup tahini
-
1/4 cup lemon juice
-
2 garlic cloves
-
Sea salt to taste
-
For red pepper hummus, 1/4 cup roasted red pepper
​
INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

Blend until very smooth.
-
Add more lemon juice, garlic, or salt as needed to taste.
-
Serve as a dip for pita bread or use as a sandwich spread for open-face buns.
