ROASTED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 medium red potatoes

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut potatoes into quarters, or smaller if potatoes are large. Combine oil, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Drizzle mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle parsley on potatoes. Place in baking dish. Roast uncovered at 425° F for about 45 minutes.
